Apologies
to any of our customers who tried to email us from
approximately 17 to 21 December. We suffered an
interruption to our corporate email account due to
technical reasons beyond our control. This issue did
not affect any of our own customers' email or hosting
accounts, which are hosted seperately. The problem
was at the ISP who provides our corporate email and
internet services — not with our hosting provider.
The issue involved a server software failure that
affected a large number of their other customers. The
issue has been resolved.
